1. Digital Delivery

All products, services, and software subscriptions offered by TechyDez and its subsidiary platforms (Shaadilink, ErrandOwl, TrimTime Global, QuillFox, TransitCheck, and Velocity AI) are entirely digital.

2. Processing Time & Access

Upon successful payment confirmation via our authorized payment processors, access to the purchased digital product or subscription is granted instantly or delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. There are no physical goods shipped.

3. Missing Access / Delivery Issues

If you do not receive access instructions or your digital product immediately after payment, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at hello@techydez.com, and we will manually verify your payment and grant you access.
